How to Get There
Getting to Tiganakia requires determination. From Skiathos Town, follow the main asphalt road towards the north coast and branch off onto the unpaved dirt roads heading towards Mikros Aselinos / Kechria. Once the vehicle trail ends, you will have to park and continue on foot down a narrow, rocky goat path leading directly into the cove. Alternatively, the easiest and most luxurious way to reach it is by anchoring a rental motor boat directly in the bay.

Due to the high cliffs framing the cove, the sun dips behind the western mountains earlier than on southern beaches, leaving the beach in the shade by late afternoon.
