Because of its unique shape and position, it is perfectly protected from the northern winds, making it the ideal choice for families and those who prefer swimming in sea that looks like a mirror. The sand is fine, and the surrounding hills are covered in silver-green olive groves.

How to Reach
Reaching Kolios is very simple. If you are taking the bus, you can get off at either **Stop 13** or **Stop 14**. Both stops lead to the beach, but Stop 13 is generally considered the main entrance. The walk is flat and takes less than 5 minutes from the main road.

💡 Insider Tip
Kolios is often less crowded than its famous neighbor Vromolimnos. If you stay until late afternoon, the bay becomes incredibly peaceful and the water reflects the golden sunset perfectly. It's a great spot for an "apertivo" on the sand before heading back to town.
Emergency Info: Taxis are frequent at the main road junction. There is a well-stocked supermarket at Stop 13 for any urgent supplies or sunblock.
